About this project
Pak Residence is a 36-unit residential development by Pak Building Group in Tehran's District 22. Emerald Stone handled stone engineering, supply, sorting and installation for approximately 3,000 m² of natural stone across the project. Client: Eng. Pak | Architect: Pak Building Group Scope included facade cladding, main and floor lobbies, parking, a fountain feature, a conference hall and shared interior spaces — from book-matched lobby floors and geometric ceilings to the gym and recreation room. Each stone was specified for its use case, traffic load, water absorption and District 22 climate exposure. Stones supplied: Lady Black, Azarshahr travertine, Natanz black granite, Lady grey marble, Mashhad pearl marble, Alshtar marble and Gol marble. Careful slab selection and layout ensured vein continuity on the facade and visual consistency across the lobbies.
