About this project
The Ador project is a residential development in Zafaranieh, Tehran (Roostaian Street). Emerald Stone handled supply, sorting and installation of approximately 700 m² of natural stone. Client: Eng. Ali Saheb al-Nesab | Architect: Hediyeh Laleh (Laleh Studio) Scope included facade cladding, entrance stairs, floor lobbies and kitchen countertops. Each area was specified with stone type and finish suited to traffic, durability and visual impact. Stones supplied: Indian multi-colour granite, Norwegian brown granite and Indian purple granite. Careful slab selection and texture coordination across facade and interiors gave the project a cohesive, premium character.
